For professionals still in a corporate role
Not an influencer.Online presence that feels like you.
How to build a social media presence for your business while you are still in a corporate role. Based on my real client cases.
You know your field. So why does one post feel harder than a board presentation?
This program helps you find your own voice online, in one to two hours a week, without turning into someone you are not. It is the method I use with my clients: coaching questions, small steps, and a rhythm that fits around your job.

Does this sound familiar?
You know you need to be visible. You just don't know how to fit it in.
Most social media advice is written for people who do this all day. Post daily. Show up everywhere. Be constantly available.
That advice does not work when you have a job and a family and a life. So you end up doing nothing, and then feeling guilty about doing nothing.
There is another way to do this. One that respects the hours you actually have.
- “I work full time. Where do I find eight hours a day for this?”
- “LinkedIn, Instagram, email, a website. All of it at once?”
- “I am learning online presence for the first time, around a job and a family.”
- “I am scared I am doing it wrong, because I have never done it before.”
- “Everyone else seems to know what they are doing. I feel behind.”
- “I have maybe one or two hours a week. Is that enough?”
- “I keep waiting until it feels perfect, so I post nothing.”
- “I need people to know what I am building. I just cannot fit it in.”
Maybe you are…
Working nine to five, then trying to figure out five different channels?
Learning a whole new skill while you still have a day job?
Wondering if one or two hours a week is enough to build something real?
Feeling like you do not know the rules of online presence yet?
Starting from zero while everyone around you already seems to know this?
I know how that feels. It used to be me.
Ten chapters. Self paced. You go at your own speed.
Each chapter includes an audio lesson and a written exercise.

About Victoria
About Victoria
I am an ICF trained coach and Director of Marketing and Communications at ICF Netherlands. I advise coaches, consultants, freelancers, and early stage founders on their online business presence and promotion.
My coaching is based on international standards of coaching. That means I do not tell you what to do. Coaching is not therapy and it is not consulting. It is a structured way of asking the right questions so you find the answers that fit your life, your energy, and your goals.
In this program you will not be told to post three times a week. You will work out what is right for you.
Everything in this program comes from what is working with the people I coach right now. Real people with real jobs, building real presence.
What people tell me in coaching
Things I hear from professionals who are starting to build something of their own.
“I can present to a board. But one LinkedIn post takes me a whole evening.”
“I write something, read it ten times, and then delete it.”
“What if my manager reads it?”
“Who am I to share an opinion? I don't have a title for this yet.”
“Company updates are easy. My own thoughts feel exposing.”
“I have one or two hours a week. Is that enough to build something?”
What makes this different
Built for one to two hours a week
Accounts for low energy days, procrastination, and the weeks when life gets in the way
Coaching based, so you find your own answers instead of copying someone else's system
Self paced, because you do not have time for live calls
Focused on presence and business, not follower counts
An audio lesson and a written exercise in every chapter
Follow up emails and lifetime access
